Sunday Funday, Meal #13: Low Carb/Keto Brunch 🥙
Day 26: Lunch and Meal #13
Yum! Had to use up some fridge items. Last night I made mashed cauliflower so I reheated and centered it in the bowl. It’s a good potato substitute albeit bitter. People add several items and usually dairy products to give the whipped potato feel. I added butter, Greek yogurt, Himalayan pink salt and some shredded Mexican cheese.
